Earlier this year, Los Angeles City Council voted to boycott AZ. Now, tomorrow, they are voting on whether to give themselves and exemption due to the amount of $$ they would have to give up due to the red light camara company being HQ'd here in AZ.
email and/or call them and tell them to stick by their principles no matter how stupid they are. i will NEVER set foot in Los Angeles again. screw them. i got yer boycott right here assholes.

To EXEMPT THEMSELVES??? Seriously? OMG. Too funny.
It's scary to see so many in favor of being anti-Arizona. So many planted in politics on the wrong side of the issue. So many knuckleheads in leadership positions. When and how can we rid ourselves of this horrible plague? Our educational infrastructure has liberal bureaucrats at the helm. The universities have become socialists institutions seeding venomous anti-Americanism. It doesn't bode well for freedom in the long run - not if nature is to run its course without divine intervention.
how to rid ourselves? first, we read the Constitution and the writings of the Founding Fathers. second, we mention those things in casual conversation constantly. third, get involved in everything - run for local elected office and/or support other normals for elected office at all levels; attend school board meetings, city council meetings, county governance meetings, townhalls of elected officials (not just for your own elected officials but those of nearby districts as well). Fifth, do what i'm doing here - FIGHT BACK! when you hear that a city council, country board, school board, mayor, governor, state representative, or US senator or representative has done something stupid write, fax, and call and tell EVERYONE you know!
i know it sounds like a lot of work. it is. but that is the cost of living in a constitutional representative republic. we are NOT a democracy - that is mob rule. you can't just cast your own vote and say you're done with your responsibility.
