Alfredo Garcia, disabled 41-year-old illegal alien and convicted felon makes a living suing Southern California business. He spends his days going from business to business looking for violations and then suing even if those violations are inadvertant. And people wonder why we in Arizona don't want to be like California. Send him home!
And before you get all weepy about his disability, know how he got disabled - he fell out of an avocado tree while intoxicated. It's his own damn fault! He also has felonies for selling crack, seling weapons, burglary!
