Federal Govt demands explanation from AT&T
Caterpillar said Obamacare will cost it an additional $100 million in the first year; Medtronic warned that the new tax on its products "could force it to lay off a housand workers;" Verizon told its employees that it "will likely have to cut healthcare enefits to offset the new costs;" and AT&T announced that it will record a $1 billion non-cash expense in the first quarter and "will be evaluating prospective changes to the active and retiree health care benefits offered by the company."
These announcements are the tip of the iceberg; hundreds like them will follow as Obamacare becomes a reality. Congressional Democrats, evidently stung by the bad publicity, are trying to strike back.

McCain says illegal immigration is a state issue
http://abcnews.go.com/US/arizona-state-law-promises-toughest-illegal-immigration/story?id=10212698&page=2
A bill empowering police to arrest illegal immigrants and charge them with trespassing for simply being in the state of Arizona, is likely just weeks away from becoming the toughest law of its kind anywhere in the country.
Already passed by the state's Senate and currently being reconciled with a similar version in the House, the bill would essentially criminalize the presence of the 460,000 illegal immigrants living in the state.
The measure allows police to detain people on the suspicion that they are illegal immigrants, outlaws citizens from employing day laborers, and makes it illegal for anyone to transport an illegal immigrant, even a family member, anywhere in the state.

This weekend Republican U.S. Senator John McCain will campaign in Arizona with his former vice presidential running mate Sarah Palin.
McCain is in the midst of one of the toughest primary campaigns of a lengthy career in politics. McCain, who once back a bipartisan effort to grant illegal immigrants amnesty, has deflected questions about whether he supports the legislation.
"It's a state issue," McCain spokeswoman Brooke Buchanan told ABC News via e-mail. Contender J.D. Hayworth, a former Republican congressman, however, has come out to actively support the bill and used McCain's ambiguity to attack him.
"Sen. Russell Pearce of the Arizona State Senate has worked very hard to combat illegal immigration and I think his Senate bill 1070 is a good bill," Hayworth told ABC News.
"Simply stated, we need to give law enforcement officers the tools to do their jobs. Border security is national security and it's time to take handcuffs off law enforcement and put them on criminals who break our laws."

Election 2010: Arizona Republican Primary for Senate
Arizona GOP Senate: McCain 48%, Hayworth 41%
Thursday, March 18, 2010
Following the announcement that Sarah Palin would campaign for his reelection, McCain opened up a 53% to 31% lead over Hayworth in January. The two men were in a near tie in November. But now Hayworth, a former congressman turned popular local talk radio host, is a formal candidate, and anti-immigration activist Chris Simcox has quit the race and endorsed him. For McCain, the new numbers also show him dropping again below 50%, and incumbents who poll less than 50% at this stage of a campaign are considered potentially vulnerable.Hayworth leads by seven points among male primary voters but trails by 23 among women. He edges McCain by five points among party conservatives, but the incumbent holds substantial margins among Republicans who identify themselves as moderates or liberals.

Moslems in America
We've all read about children who were cruel to animals growing up to be violent criminals. What do you think three twenty-four year old moslems will graduate to after this? First BBs, then 22s, then bigger caliber. First gay men, then women who the moslems think aren't dressed appropriately, then anyone who doesn't bow down in respect to them.
A video made by three cousins from Hayward charged with an alleged anti-gay shooting with a BB rifle last month in San Francisco shows 11 other attacks in a single night, authorities said Friday. If we do not find a way to reign this hate in, then we are doomed.
The men have been charged in San
Francisco with a hate crime and assault for allegedly firing a BB rifle Feb. 26 at the face of a man they believed was gay. The man, who was walking on 16th Street near Guerrero Street, was not badly hurt and later identified the three suspects.
The three were freed on $50,000 bail soon after their arrest. But on Friday, Mohammad Habibzada, Shafiq Hashemi and Sayed Bassam, all 24, appeared in court and were immediately rearrested. They were all being held late Friday on $450,000 bail.
They were returned to custody after prosecutors viewed a video that police found in the three men's car when they were arrested.
Brian Buckelew, spokesman for District Attorney Kamala Harris, said the video showed the 16th Street attack and BB rifle shootings aimed at 11 other men. Police say the video depicts the suspects laughing as they fire.
Investigators say they have been unable to find any of the additional alleged victims. Still, Buckelew said prosecutors may file additional charges against each of the three defendants.
The defendants' attorneys would not comment outside court Friday. The defendants, who have not entered pleas, are scheduled to return to court April 8.

Obama bribes Utah Dem with Judge nomination for brother
After 28 years, McCain finally read to get to work for Arizona
I can tell you one thing McCain has done to Arizona and America: McCain-Feingold. Thank the Supreme Court for finally overturning most of that totalitarian statism.
And I can tell you one thing McCain tried to do to Arizona and America - he attempted to grant amnesty to millions of illegal alien invaders.
And I can tell you one thing McCain wants to do to Arizona and America - since he's a big believer in the hoax of man-made global warming, he supports cap and trade.
Get rid of this dinosaur!
